Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and whether an item is custom-made or made to order.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping (if applicable)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
